This role is focused on advancing procurement excellence across the Group, with a strong emphasis on processes, governance, systems and performance.

On behalf of our client, an internationally active, medium-sized pharmaceutical company in the region of Schaffhausen, we are seeking an experienced Procurement Excellence & Transformation Manager.
This role is focused on advancing procurement excellence across the Group, with a strong emphasis on processes, governance, systems and performance.
Tasks- Shape and implement the procurement excellence and transformation agenda
- Standardise and improve procurement processes, governance and ways of working
- Drive digitalisation initiatives to further develop procurement systems and tools
- Enhance procurement analytics, reporting, KPIs and spend transparency
- Support the development of best practices across sourcing, supplier management and procurement operations
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects in close collaboration with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain and IT
- Drive organisational change and the adoption of new processes and tools across international sites
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, transparency and value contribution within procurement
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in procurement transformation, process optimisation and strategic procurement within an international industrial environment
- Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes and governance
- Experience with procurement systems, digitalisation and data-driven performance management
- Strong project and change management capabilities
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach with a strong execution focus
- Fluent in English, German is an advantage
- Broad scope to drive meaningful change across the Group
