Als Fachmann:frau Betriebsunterhalt überwachst du die Haustechnik, führst Reparaturen aus, hältst Maschinen instand, entsorgst Abfälle und übernimmst Verwaltungsaufgaben. Du pflegst und reinigst Gebäude und deren Umgebung. Zusätzlich führst du kleinere Reparaturen an Einrichtungen durch, ersetzt defekte Glühbirnen und wechselst Dichtungen oder Kleinteile aus. Gemeinsam mit Fachpersonen werden auch Störungen behoben.
