Our client is currently seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer (m/f/d) to join their team in Schaffhausen
. Your mission will be to ensure and continuously optimize the technical reliability and efficiency of production processes
. You will work in a dynamic environment characterized by high safety standards, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations, and complex production workflows
.

Key Responsibilities 1. Reliability & Performance
  • Monitor and assess the reliability of production equipment.
  • Analyze technical failures and production issues.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement continuous improvement measures.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance departments.
  • Define and prioritize technical actions with stakeholders.
  • Strong presence in the production area.
  • Direct investigation of technical failures on-site.
  • Provide operational troubleshooting support.
4. Coordination & Project Activities
  • Coordinate technical activities across teams.
  • Lead and implement small improvement projects on production lines and in planning.
  • Support internal coordination with external suppliers.
  • Participate in technical strategy discussions.
5. Optimization
  • Optimize maintenance planning.
  • Improve performance and processes of production lines.
Your Profile
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical or pharmaceutical production
    , ideally with a focus on reliability, maintenance, or production engineering
    .
  • In-depth knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
    mandatory
    .
  • Experience in high-risk environments and explosion protection
    .
  • Strong safety awareness and sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to convey technical content clearly
    .
