Einleitung
Für unsere Mandantin, ein erfolgreiches Schweizer Industrieunternehmen (Medizinaltechnik) mit Hauptsitz im Raum Schaffhausen, suchen wir eine verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit Führungs-/Koordinationserfahrung als
Art der Arbeit- Fachliche Führung eines Produktionsteams im Reinraum
- Planung und Koordination von Personal, Anlagen und Ressourcen
- Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen und Produktionsabläufen
- Einarbeitung und Schulung neuer Mitarbeitender
- Optimierung von Prozessen (Lean/KVP)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Logistik und Instandhaltung
- Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen sowie Dokumentation nach GMP/GDP-Richtlinien
- Erfahrung in der Produktion, idealerweise im Reinraum, Pharma-, Medizinal- oder Lebensmittelbereich
- Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
- Selbständige, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Teamfähig, belastbar und flexibel
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (2-Schicht)
