Johnson & Johnson in Schaffhausen is seeking a Q-Systems Specialist to support the Quality Systems team and local process owners. You will help ensure compliant, efficient execution of GMP-led processes, provide end-user training, and contribute to audit readiness across Change Control, NC/CAPA, and related quality metrics.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, GMP experience, and strong communication across cross-functional teams. Fluency in English is required;
German is a plus.
