Die Stadt Schaffhausen sucht eine Sozialarbeiterin oder einen Sozialarbeiter für das Soziale Wohnen. In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie hilfesuchende Personen bei der Integration und Stabilität in schwierigen Lebensphasen. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die Beratung im Sozialhilfegesetz sowie die Unterstützung von Personen in Notschlafstellen.
Wir suchen jemanden mit einer tertiären Ausbildung in Sozialer Arbeit und Erfahrung in der psychosozialen Begleitung. Die Stelle bietet ein flexibles Zeitmodell.
