Myjob sucht eine engagierte Fachkraft als Sozialpädagog
* in / Betreuungsperson für eine Wohngruppe in Schaffhausen. Sie begleiten 8 Menschen im Haushalt, in Freizeitgestaltung, Pflege und gesellschaftlicher Teilhabe.
Zwei Klienten
* innen benötigen zusätzliche Koordinationsarbeit und Zusammenarbeit mit Fachstellen. Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Sozialpädagogenausbildung mit und arbeiten wertschätzend, klar kommunizierend im Team mit flexiblen Arbeitszeiten (60%).
