Sozialamt des Kantons Schaffhausen sucht einen Sozialberater (m/w) für die Asyl- und Flüchtlingsbetreuung in Teil- bis Vollzeit (60–100%). Sie begleiten Menschen aus dem Asylbereich sprachlich, beruflich und sozial in ihrer Integration.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören Fallführung, persönliche und wirtschaftliche Sozialhilfe, Beratung und Vernetzung mit Fachstellen sowie Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Sozialberatung. Wir suchen empathische, belastbare Teamplayer mit interkultureller Kompetenz.
