Sozialamt des Kantons Schaffhausen sucht eine Sozialpädagogin (80 %) zur Betreuung unbegleiteter minderjähriger Asylsuchender. Sie unterstützen Wohnkompetenzen, fördern das soziale Miteinander und begleiten die Jugendlichen in ihrer Freizeit.
Sie planen und gestalten Freizeit- und Ferienaktivitäten, vermitteln Werte und Alltagskompetenzen und arbeiten im 24h-Betrieb mit Tag- und Nachtdiensten sowie gelegentlichen Wochenenddiensten.
