Sozialamt des Kantons Schaffhausen sucht eine/n Sozialberater/in für die Asyl- und Flüchtlingsbetreuung (m/w) in Teil- bis Vollzeit (60–100%). Sie begleiten Klient/-innen aus dem Asyl- und Flüchtlingsbereich in sprachlicher, beruflicher und sozialer Integration.
Sie übernehmen die Fallführung, unterstützen bei Sozialhilfe nach kantonalen Richtlinien, führen Beratungen und Triage durch und arbeiten eng mit Behörden, Freiwilligen sowie Kursangeboten zusammen.
