Een zorgorganisatie in Nederland zoekt een enthousiaste Verpleegkundige Mbo-niveau 4 voor het thuiszorgteam in Noord-Holland, Schagen. In deze rol ondersteun en begeleid je cliënten in hun vertrouwde omgeving. Je werkt met zorgplannen en evalueert zorg samen met collega's en andere zorgverleners. Er is ruimte voor professionele groei en er worden aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden geboden, waaronder een contract voor onbepaalde tijd op basis van 16-20 uur per week.
