Job Description
We are a small manufacturing company in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, USA, looking for a part time engineer.
Key duties include:- Reading drawings and extracting key details from them
- Creating new drawings in CAD or Solid Works to draw small plastic parts
- Work with die and mold makers, through drawings, to create new tooling for small plastic parts
- Work within the parameters of ISO quality program
Experience and Skills:
- 5 years of experience in most of the above
- AutoCAD / Auto Desk
- Solidworks
- Microsoft Office
- Drawing file experience (DWG, PDF, STP, STL, etc.)
This is a ~25 hour per week position.
This position is NOT remote, work would take place at our office in Elk Grove Village, IL.
