Construction Laborers

• Remove snow, insulate, maintain, repair and remodel existing agricultural buildings.
• Remove snow using tractors, trucks and skid steer loaders from agricultural building sites.
• Repair agricultural buildings during the offseason while in less use or when needed to protect valuable equipment or livestock from the cold.
• Haul agricultural commodities as needed.
• Place insulating materials on the inside and outside of agricultural buildings to insulate livestock from cold using trucks, ladders, hand and power tools.
• Must be able to lift and carry 75lbs for 75 yards.
• Must be able to obtain valid drivers license and work in temperature extremes.
• 3 months of agricultural building maintenance required.
