Safavieh is looking for a proactive, highly motivated, and organized Assistant E-Commerce Product Coordinator for our e-commerce division. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, responsible and detail-oriented self-started with a strong passion for continuous learning and professional development, as this position will provide the basic foundation and necessary skill-set for a great career.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (required)
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and large amounts of product information.
• Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• 1+ year of e-commerce, product data, website content, or related experience preferred
• Shopify experience preferred

• Update existing product information, including descriptions, pricing, images, inventory, specifications and more.
• Remove or update discontinued products.
• Review product pages to ensure information and images are accurate.
• Work with vendor spreadsheets and product data to prepare website uploads.
• Assist with promotional pricing and product updates.
• Communicate with vendors and internal team members when additional product information is needed.
• Perform general website and product catalog maintenance.
• Complete assigned projects accurately and within deadlines.

• $25/hour
