Position Requirements :
Board certified/eligible by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery Robotic certification and experience preferred
NY State License or eligibility
Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred
Position Details:
Hospital-employed with a 1:3 call rotation
Clinic and surgical office located on hospital campuses
Competitive base salary with productivity and quality incentives
Strong referral network from regional cardiology practices across Southern VT, Western MA, and Western NYExcellent support from Surgical PAsRecruitment Package:
Compensation range: $600,000 - $800,000 per year (excludes productivity bonuses, performance incentives, and additional compensation)
Starting bonus and relocation assistance
Comprehensive benefits package (health, vision, dental, and malpractice coverage with tail)
CME allowance and paid time off Retirement savings plan with employer match Estimated pay range/amount is $600K-$800K.
