Our advisory interns work alongside analysts and associates on live transactions across M&A, capital raising and strategic projects.
Overview What you'll experienceInternship based in New York / Remote with direct exposure to Equaryon's core advisory work streams.
Key responsibilities- Assist with preparation of presentations, briefing materials and valuation exhibits.
- Compile industry and company research to support transaction hypotheses.
- Help organise diligence trackers, data room materials and internal status notes.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to daily market updates.
- Hands-on understanding of deal execution in a lean, senior-led environment.
- Mentorship from analysts, associates and partners across sector teams.
- Training sessions covering modelling, market themes and professional skills.
- Consideration for full-time opportunities upon successful completion.
What we're looking for
Candidates should demonstrate analytical strength, curiosity and professionalism.
Qualifications- Undergraduate student entering final or penultimate year.
- Strong academic performance in finance, economics, engineering or related fields.
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to financial modelling preferred.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments.
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Demonstrated interest in corporate finance, investing or strategy.
