** Remote. Client would ideally like one (1) worker in EST and one (1) worker in PST.

* Please Note:

** Weekend shifts will be needed (estimated 1-2 per month potentially). You will have a consistent schedule with two (2) consecutive days off. The support teams operating hours are 8AM-10PM EST, open 7 days per week - your schedule will be within "1st Shift/Day Shift" and accommodate 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week.

Role Overview A hospitality-technology platform is seeking a dedicated professional to join the customer success support team. The primary responsibility involves delivering high-quality front-line service to platform users by managing and responding to email support channels. This position requires a consistent schedule, which includes working one or two weekend shifts with two consecutive days off, and operating during evening support hours.

Key Responsibilities
* Respond to user inquiries promptly and professionally via email.
* Troubleshoot technical issues related to the consumer mobile application and website.
* Provide essential support to platform users and escalate critical technical issues to the engineering team.
* Educate users on self-service features to enhance their overall experience.
* Collaborate on various departmental projects and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications
*
* Education:

** A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
*
* Experience:

** Prior experience in front-line customer service or a hospitality-related environment is required.
** Technical

Skills:

** Proficiency with word processing software and basic troubleshooting of mobile and web applications is required.

Preferred Qualifications
* Demonstrated passion for the restaurant and hospitality industry.
* Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Ability to maintain composure and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
