Position: Regional Account Manager On Trade - Midden Nederland
YOUR OPPORTUNITY You partner with the most prestige on-trade accounts in Noord-Holland. You bring our brands to life by building brilliant relationships. You drive the performance and growth of Bacardi’s premium brands through brand activations, searching for new business and focus on distribution.

RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with key customers by building outstanding relationships in the influencer on-trade outlets, understanding their needs, their local consumers and developing and executing solutions.

Deliver on quarterly targets: brand integrations and activations, visibility in the outlets and business optimizationP&L responsibility via budget management of contracts (marketing investments and ROI analysis)
Work in partnership with customers, acting as business partner with many different stakeholders (bar owners, bar managers, marketing, digital, finance etc.) Collaborate internally cross functionally with Marketing, CPA and brand ambassadors to bring our amazing brands to life, through hosting prestige events and executing ‘best in class’ brand activations.

Contribute to the Winning in Amsterdam project-teamSKILLS3 years experience in sales and on-trade sector or FMCG industry required. Activation experience would be beneficial. Selling is key. Demonstrable track record of performance and delivery (results and/or achievements). Passion for hunting new business.
