An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Lens Crafters seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. As a private independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the affiliated doctor operates the doctor’s office and provides high quality optometric care and service to patients. The terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.

As an Associate of a Subleasing Doctor, you will:

• Provide high quality optometric care and service to patients
• Operate within the full scope of practice predicated on your professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor
• Maintain professional autonomy without company-imposed restrictions or quotas
• Participate in flexible scheduling, including part-time commitments or adding work to an existing practice schedule
• Work in a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment and digital eye examination capabilities (e.g., Clarifye)
• Utilize available imaging and pre-testing support (e.g., Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System)
• Leverage automated online appointment booking and patient recall systems

Your opportunity to work with a full scope Independent Lens Crafters practice is available. Pay is determined by multiple factors including geography, experience, qualifications, and local minimum wage requirements. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may be offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package (health care, retirement savings, paid time off, employee discounts, etc.).
