• Show Up Ready: Come prepared, stay sharp, and start strong. Start each shift prepared and focused on cleanliness and organization. Follow daily opening and closing checklists.
• Own What You See: Take responsibility, jump in, and do what needs to be done. Keep dining areas, restrooms, and common spaces clean, organized, and safe. Follow sanitation procedures and maintain stocked and polished silverware and glassware.
• Stay in Sync: Communicate often, move with your team, and keep service flowing. Communicate with team members and managers to support smooth operations. Help keep the bar and beverage stations fully stocked and ready for service.
• Make It Personal: Greet guests with warmth and always help create a positive first impression.
• Add a Touch: Support the whole restaurant team with pride in your work and attention to the details that make a difference.

• At least 18 years of age
• Passion for hospitality and creating a welcoming environment
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced setting
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 40 нәтиж pounds and stand for extended shifts
• Team spirit and clear communication skills
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English
