CDL Class A OTR Lease to Purchase Driver / LTP

As a dedicated staffing agency, we collaborate with a network of carriers to connect you with the right job opportunity based on your application. Our services come at no cost to you, making it easy and hassle-free to find your next driving position.

• Live load/unload, no drop and hook, no touch freight; only dry van loads.
• No forced dispatch; drivers can choose their driving frequency.
• Team drivers are welcome; no dedicated routes.

• Compensation: 20% of gross goes to the company (including cargo and trailer).
• Truck Payments: $700 weekly (variable between $500 - $1000).
• Insurance: $200 weekly for PD insurance.
• Escrow: $2500 required, weekly $250 for 10 weeks
• Incentives: Bonus for clean inspections.
• Office & Equipment: Freightliners ); both automatic and manual trucks available. Amenities include APU, inverters, fridge, and sleeper features.
• Pay Schedule: Weekly payments every Friday.
• Pay: If weekly gross earnings reach $6,000, net approximately $1,750 after fuel and expenses; more driving increases potential earnings.

• Home Time: Recommended 2 weeks out, flexible based on driver preference.
• Dispatch: No forced dispatch; drivers can choose their driving frequency.

• Personal Policies: Pets may be allowed, but no passengers.
