Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Project Management, Graphics Design and Manufacturing teams in creating high quality technical drawings.
- Establish and maintain technical drawing quality standards.
- Ensure drawings contain all necessary details for successful manufacture and installation of our products.
- Help to create and maintain drawing templates for all existing and new product groups.
- Guide and assist the graphics design team with all technical questions.
- Implement design changes.
- Assist with documentation on new product introduction and R&D.
- Proofread vendors’ and manufacturing partners’ technical drawings.
Requirements:
- Min. 3 years’ experience as a Technical Designer in the signage industry.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator knowledge is a must, other graphics software experience (Flexi, Corel Draw, LED Wizard, etc.) preferred.
- AutoCAD, Solid Works, or other comparable 3D design experience highly desired.
- Able to analyze and interpret construction and engineering drawings.
- Exceptional attendance and reliability.
- Thoroughness and attention to detail.
- Ability to function as an effective team member.
- Good communication skills, able to help and teach others.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
