POSITION SUMMARY
Lead, evaluate, design, and engineer projects and systems to specification on projects ranging from new design/build to rehabilitation of existing facilities and systems. Provide ongoing technical guidance and engineering issue resolution as needed.
What you’ll do- Understanding of all MEP calculations and design
- Advanced understanding of building codes and standards
- Ability to develop and design calculation tools for Engineering Group
- Knowledge of engineering and design techniques plus understanding of all engineering disciplines
- Proficiency in all Design Software (i.e. CADD, Calculation Software, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and technical writing skills
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment while adhering to project deadlines
- Ability to lead discipline specific design efforts on medium-scale projects independently
- Ability to develop design tasks and distribute amongst the design team
- Advanced computer proficiency, including MS Office
- Detailed understanding of BIM requirements
- Detailed understanding of Project Life Cycle
- Assume a leadership position in professional society
- 4-year Bachelor of Science in Engineering Degree
- 4 + years of practical Engineering experience
- Active Professional Engineering License
