OverviewAre you looking for an opportunity to start your career path in project management? In this role, you will work on multi-million dollar commercial MEP projects as you develop your skills in estimating, scheduling, and design within the design-build construction process.
What You’ll Do- Estimate the impact of project changes and provide information to applicable management.
- Manage change orders, ensure they are completed accurately and tracked as required.
- Procure equipment, materials, and services; participate in the selection and hiring of subcontractors.
- Stay current on emerging trends.
- Analyze and resolve basic questions and problems as needed.
- Assist in implementing and distributing safety tailgate meetings.
- Maintain record of signed safety tailgate meeting forms.
- Basic ERP skills to include inquiring, reviewing, and printing job cost reports.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC or plumbing drawings.
- Basic verbal and written communications skills.
- Basic computer skills, including CAD and Microsoft Office products (e.g., Excel).
- Four-year degree in Engineering, or applicable experience.
