Are you looking for an opportunity to start your career path in project management? In this role, you will work on multi-million dollar commercial MEP projects as you develop your skills in estimating, scheduling, and design within the design-build construction process.

• Estimate the impact of project changes and provide information to applicable management.
• Manage change orders, ensure they are completed accurately and tracked as required.
• Procure equipment, materials, and services; participate in the selection and hiring of subcontractors.
• Stay current on emerging trends.
• Analyze and resolve basic questions and problems as needed.
• Assist in implementing and distributing safety tailgate meetings.
• Maintain record of signed safety tailgate meeting forms.

• Basic ERP skills to include inquiring, reviewing, and printing job cost reports.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC or plumbing drawings.
• Basic verbal and written communications skills.
• Basic computer skills, including CAD and Microsoft Office products (e.g., Excel).

• Four-year degree in Engineering, or applicable experience.
