Creative Solutions In Health Care is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehab team. You will provide person-centered care to help residents improve mobility, strength, and quality of life.
The PTA will administer prescribed treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, document progress, and collaborate with the team to adjust plans for optimal outcomes. Texas license required; SNF/long-term care experience preferred.
