• Service & Warranty Calls: Address a variety of residential electrical issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction with each visit.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Accurately diagnose electrical problems and find timely solutions that meet or exceed industry standards.
• Electrical Repairs: Perform repairs in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
• Customer Relations: Maintain a clean and organized work environment to foster trust and loyalty. Engage customers with professionalism and respect.
• Safety & Communication: Adhere to safe working practices at all times and maintain open communication with both customers and internal teams.

• Expertise in Residential Electrical Systems: Strong knowledge of installation, maintenance, and repair, with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.

• Valid Driver’s License
• Current Wireman or Journeyman
  's license is required.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2-5+ years of hands‑on experience in residential electrical work
• Willing to undergo pre-employment background checks, including criminal, driving, and drug screenings.
