You'll lead a team that moves fast, handles complexity, and delivers with excellence. As Warehouse Supervisor, you are responsible for guiding day-to-day operations in a high-volume distribution center serving iconic quick-service restaurant brands. • Lead warehouse operations across two shifts, overseeing associates in a temperature-controlled environment
• Ensure timely receiving, picking, and dispatch of goods while maintaining food safety and quality standards
• Monitor productivity, safety, sanitation, and product integrity across all warehouse processes
• Communicate clearly and regularly with your team,setexpectations and keeping operations aligned
• Track KPIs, complete reports (logs, timecards, damage, productivity), and act based on the data
• Plan labor and equipment need to meet dynamic operational demands
• Work collaboratively across teams to support performance, safety, and customer satisfaction

• 3–6 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations, including team supervision
• AA degree preferred (vocational/technical accepted), forklift instructor certification a plus
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols, food handling, and inventory best practices
• Proficiency in computer systems and reporting (barcoding, warehouse systems, timekeeping)
• Ability to lead a diverse team in a 24/7 operation with a focus on collaboration, safety, and efficiency

• Full-time, on-site supervisory role in a temperature-controlled warehouse
• Supports a 24/7 operation with flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Leads a large-scale warehouse team focused on safety, reliability, and service
