Frankelandgroep zoekt een werkplekbegeleider voor het Leer- en Ontwikkelcentrum. Je begeleidt leerlingen en stagiaires, geeft instructies en bouwt aan hun professionele ontwikkeling op de praktijkvloer.
Je werkt nauw samen met praktijkopleiders, leidinggevenden en collega’s binnen L&O en zorgt voor een veilige, leerzame werkomgeving waarin leerlingen groeien tot zelfstandige zorgprofessionals.
