Project Engineer, Operations Engineer

As a Project Engineer, you play a key role in delivering large-scale and sustainable offshore wind projects. You are responsible for managing multidisciplinary projects from design to completion. In this role, you work closely with specialists from different disciplines and contribute directly to the energy transition. It’s a dynamic position where engineering, project management, and sustainability come together.

Main responsibilities:

Manage the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, budgeting, and delivery

Act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure clear, transparent communication

Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring cost, quality, and progress

Collaborate with internal teams to solve technical challenges efficiently

Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a technical background

Experience in offshore platform construction or similar industrial projects

Strong organizational and communication skills

Good command of English, both spoken and written
