The Service Expert Boats is responsible for delivering high-quality technical service, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs formarine boats. This role combines hands-on expertise with strategic development to strengthen our regional competence and expandour market presence.

• Provide expert knowledge in electric systems, marine engines, and GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) structures
• Execute driveline tasks including alignment, balancing, and installation with precision
• Collaborate with the training center to enhance technical skills and knowledge within the region
• Lead business development initiatives to identify and pursue new opportunities
• Diagnose issues reported by customers, shipyards or vessel crew and propose technical solutions
• Experience in marine engineering, and driveline installation
• Strong understanding of GRP materials and boat construction, as well as electrical knowledge
• Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills, as well as experience in business development
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate with internal teams and external partners
• High willingness to travel internationally (up to 80%)
