THE ROLE Supervisor SPMT for Mammoet Europe Working in Europe Are you an experienced SPMT Operator ready to take the next step into a supervisory role? Do you thrive in complex heavy transport operations where safety, precision, and planning are critical? As Supervisor SPMT, you will lead and oversee self-propelled modular transporter (SPMT) operations on some of the most challenging heavy transport projects in the world.

You are responsible for ensuring safe execution, coordinating teams on site, and acting as the key operational link between project planning and field execution. You will work with one of the largest and most advanced SPMT fleets in the industry, supporting projects that move extraordinary loads across Europe and beyond.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING   Supervising all SPMT operations during loading, transport, and unloading activities
Leading operational crews on-site and ensuring safe, efficient execution of transport plans
Coordinating the assembly, configuration, and dismantling of SPMT systems and auxiliary equipment
Monitoring load behavior, route conditions, and operational risks during transport activities
Ensuring compliance with engineering plans, safety procedures, and project requirements
Coaching and guiding SPMT operators and supporting their technical development
Acting as on-site point of contact for clients, engineers, and project management
Overseeing inspection, maintenance, and readiness of equipment before and after operations
Contributing to planning discussions and improving execution methods and safety performance
Working on international projects with extended travel across Europe and beyond
WHAT YOU'LL NEED   Proven experience as SPMT Operator or in heavy transport operations
Experience in a lead, senior operator, or supervisory role is a strong advantage
Strong technical understanding of hydraulics, mechanics, load distribution, and transport systems
Experience in complex transport projects in industries such as civil engineering, energy, offshore, oil & gas, or infrastructure
Strong safety leadership mindset with the ability to enforce standards under operational pressure
Ability to coordinate multicultural teams in dynamic project environments
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Willingness to travel internationally and work on rotation-based projects
Valid passport and flexibility to work across different countries
Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
Hands-on mentality and willingness to actively support operations when needed
