At Mammoet, we work on complex and challenging projects in sectors such as offshore, civil engineering, oil & gas, and renewable energy. No two projects are the same — we push boundaries, worldwide. As a Project Controller, you ensure that our projects are not only technically, but also financially successful. You work closely with project managers, providing sharp analyses, clear reporting and financial insights that truly make a difference.

• Prepare financial analyses, budgets and forecasts for your assigned projects.
• Monitor costs, revenues and margins throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Act as a critical business partner for project managers, providing sound financial advice and challenges where needed.
• Collect, interpret and report financial data to support well‑founded decision‑making.
• Identify financial risks and improvement opportunities, propose corrective actions and follow up on progress.
• Track project performance and milestones, ensuring financial objectives and deadlines are achieved.
• Contribute to process improvements and support internal and external audits.

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Economics or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a project‑driven organization.
• Strong skills in Excel; experience with SAP is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• A proactive, analytical mindset and the ability to maintain oversight in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in English (Dutch is an advantage).
