We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our IT Applications team in Schiedam. You will act as a key stakeholder in driving the success of our continuous improvement way of working. You facilitate Agile teams across the organization, enabling strong collaboration, proactively removing impediments, and embedding a mindset of ongoing learning and optimization. By guiding teams and stakeholders alike, you play a pivotal role in continuously enhancing how we deliver value and strengthen our Agile maturity.

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Coach our teams on self-organization and agile principles.
• Identify and remove impediments.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog management.
• Foster collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor team performance and proactively drive improvements.
• Further strengthen the agile transformation of the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Between 2-5 years proven experience as a Scrum Master in global operating environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Experience with tools such as Azure Dev Ops, or similar.
• Scrum Master certifications are a plus, but work experience is more valuable.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and align diverse audiences.
