ASVZ zoekt een enthousiaste persoonlijk begeleider voor een woonlocatie met 28–32 uur per week. Je coördineert de begeleiding, stelt ondersteuningsplannen op en evalueert deze samen met collega’s. Je werkt actief mee in de dagelijkse begeleiding en ondersteunt bewoners bij ochtendritueel en activiteiten.
Interne afstemming gebeurt met de orthopedagoog en teamleider. Je bent onderdeel van een betrokken team, met mogelijkheden tot verdere ontwikkeling via Triple C en scholing.
