Flex Bee in Schijndel is op zoek naar een filiaalleider die verantwoordelijk is voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken in de winkel. Je leidt een team van circa 200 collega’s en krijgt de vrijheid om je rol in te vullen met verantwoordelijkheden waaronder personeelsplanning en voorraadbeheer.
De functie biedt een aantrekkelijk bruto maandsalaris tussen €4500 en €5000, inclusief een startbonus van €500 na de eerste maand. Flexibiliteit en leiderschap zijn essentieel in deze rol.
