Junior Finance Manager​/Finance Manager

• Manage daily accounting and finance activities for our Swiss operations
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, payments, bank reconciliation and expense control
• Support monthly and year-end financial closing
• Prepare financial reports and supporting documents for management
• Coordinate with our external Swiss accounting and tax advisors on VAT, corporate tax, annual financial statements and other statutory requirements
• Prepare and provide accounting documents and data required for external reporting and audits
• Support budgeting, cash-flow monitoring and cost analysis
• Ensure financial documents and records are complete and properly maintained
• Support the improvement of internal finance processes and controls
• Work with Group Finance on financial reporting and reconciliation
• Use and maintain financial data in SAP and other internal systems
• Support other finance-related tasks as the Swiss business continues to grow

• Native Chinese speaker
• Fluent in German and English
• Already holds a valid Swiss work permit / right to work in Switzerland; no visa or permit sponsorship required
• Degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
• Good understanding of accounting principles;
  Swiss accounting, VAT and tax experience is preferred
• Previous finance/accounting experience in Switzerland is a strong advantage, but candidates with solid accounting fundamentals and willingness to learn are also welcome
• Experience with SAP is preferred
• Good Excel skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible and well organized
• Able to work independently while cooperating effectively with external accountants, tax advisors and internal teams
• Automotive or retail industry experience is an advantage
