Job Skills / Requirements Unarmed Security Officer – Schuyler, NEAvailable Schedules:
- 10:00pm-6:00am | 32 hours per week
- Tues, Weds, Sat | Part-time on call with potential to go full time
Pay: $17.04 per hour
Requirements: Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license
Position SummaryWe are seeking a reliable Unarmed Security Officer to provide safety and security services at a client facility in Schuyler, NE. This role focuses on observing, reporting, patrolling, and responding to situations as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Patrol interior and exterior areas on foot, by vehicle, or by golf cart
- Monitor surveillance systems and secure access points
- Log inbound/outbound traffic and verify delivery paperwork
- Report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and maintenance issues
- Conduct visual inspections of vehicles entering/exiting the property
- Respond to incidents and follow all emergency procedures
- Write accurate incident reports and maintain daily activity logs
- Enforce site rules, policies, and post orders
- Provide customer service and support to employees and visitors
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license (required for most posts)
- Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to walk, stand, and patrol for extended periods
- Professional demeanor and reliability
