Spektra Netcom AG sucht eine engagierte Supporter ERP/CRM, die den täglichen Betrieb unserer ERP-/CRM-Systeme unterstützt. Du bist Ansprechpartner für Supportanfragen, analysierst Probleme und koordinierst Fälle mit internen Teams, um reibungslose Abläufe sicherzustellen.
Du bringst eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (EFZ) sowie Erfahrung im IT-Support mit und arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und lösungsorientiert. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
