Sie analysieren anspruchsvolle 2nd-Level-Anfragen, unterstützen klinische Anwender bei technischen und fachlichen Fragestellungen und vermitteln zwischen Medizin, Pflege, IT und externen Lieferanten. Zudem begleiten Sie Releases, Tests und Systemänderungen und erstellen Schulungsunterlagen.
