Edward Jones is seeking a dedicated Branch Office Administrator (BOA) to join our client support team. The BOA works closely with financial advisors to provide seamless administrative support and enhance the client experience.
Base pay range$28.00/hr - $30.00/hr
Job OverviewAs a BOA, you will play a vital role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. You will be the first voice that clients hear and the first face they see when they visit the office.

Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed.
- Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
- Active listening for situations in clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services.
- Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events.
- Support client account management: open accounts, process transfers, prepare documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Provide administrative support: schedule appointments, prepare materials for client meetings, manage correspondence, and support marketing initiatives.
- Use technology effectively, including Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
- Experience in client service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions.
- Ability to learn and understand the financial services industry.
- Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of financial software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Hiring Minimum: $28.35
