Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aides and CNAs for the Scituate area to assist our senior clients who require support, possible transportation, and companionship.

• Shifts Available:
  Monday through Sunday 9 am‑5 pm

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care
• Assist with light housekeeping
• Encourage walking and exercising
• Provide stimulating conversation and activities
• Encourage fluid intake and possible meal prep in accordance with orders/Care Plan
• Competently document shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone
• Report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner

• Home Health Aide Certification or CNA Certification
• 2+ years experience working with your Certification
• Kind, compassionate, reliable, and skilled HHA
• Experience working with Dementia
• Clean driving record, ability to pass a CORI check
• Current TB test, Quanti
  
  FERON Gold Test, or X‑ray
• English language proficiency (speak, read, write)
• Must own a cell phone
