Speech-Language Pathologist, Skilled Nursing Facility

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) provides direct speech therapy rehabilitation care in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting.
Responsibilities- Assessing and modifying therapy goals, documenting progress, and collaborating with patients, families, and team members.
- Overseeing Speech Therapy Clinical Fellows (CFYs), following treatment plans, and ensuring patient safety.
- Demonstrating professionalism, good judgment, and adherence to regulations and company policies.
- Graduate degree in speech therapy, ASHA certification or eligibility, and current state licensure.
- Preferred one year of post-acute care experience; CPR certification needed.
Offers flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules with competitive pay ($45-$53/hr) and comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), continuing education, paid time off, and more. In-person work location.
