- Lead a team of multiple employees by demonstrating hard work and leadership
- Ensure optimum speed and quality of food
- Maintain high attention to detail, especially in regard to cleanliness and organization
- Problem solve and handle customer/employee relations and issues
- Take daily inventory
- Balance cash drawers and distribute cash tips
- Filing invoices
- Ordering of product
- Must have 3+ years of restaurant experience
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must be able to work 2 of the 3 weekend days (Fri, Sat, Sun)
- Must be able to work 30 hours per week
- Must be willing to work to 10pm+
Full-time
Base Pay$20/Hr + Tips (estimated, $10/Hr). Tips are pooled, including bar, so consistently good per week
