Shift: Monday-Friday 7 AM - 4:30 PM;
Fridays 7 AM - 11 AM

We're seeking an Accounts Payable Manager in Scott who enjoys tracking payments, logging transactions, and helping the team stay on top of deadlines. Organized? Detail‑obsessed? You're exactly who we want.

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience
• Knowledge of accounting principles/practices
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel
• Effective communication skills

• Process accounts payable invoices.
• Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records.
• Reconcile vendor statements.
• Communicate professionally with vendors.
• Manage the accounts payable email inbox.
• Assist with month‑end closing activities.
• Provide support for other accounting and finance functions as needed.
