AI Automation Engineer

We’re looking for highly motivated AI Automation Engineers to join our growing team. This is a fresher-friendly opportunity for candidates who are excited about the future of AI, automation, and intelligent systems. In this role, you will help us design, build, and optimize AI-driven workflows, voice agents, and automation systems using large language models (LLMs), no-code/low-code platforms, and popular CRMs. Collaborate with frontend teams, manage APIs, CRMs, and ensure performance and security best practices.

• Build and maintain automation flows using platforms like , n8n, Zapier, etc.
• Create and fine-tune prompts for Large Language Models (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, Mistral) for task-specific use cases.
• Design, deploy, and optimize AI voice agents using tools like VAPI, Retell, Eleven Labs.
• Integrate APIs and AI services into seamless automation pipelines.
• Integrate and manage popular CRMs like Go High Level  (GHL), Hub Spot, Salesforce into automation workflows.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Document processes, test systems thoroughly, and iterate based on feedback.
• Develop a basic to intermediate understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
• Work comfortably with no-code/low-code automation tools like , n8n, Zapier.
• Utilize voice agent tools such as VAPI, Retell, Speech-to-Text / Text-to-Speech APIs effectively.
• Apply basic API knowledge and logical workflow design skills to implement solutions.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving ability and maintain a proactive, self-learning attitude.

• Basic to intermediate understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code automation tools like , n8n, Zapier
• Experience (or interest) in using voice agent tools such as VAPI, Retell, Speech-to-Text / Text-to-Speech APIs
• Experience with popular CRMs like Go High Level  (GHL), Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar is a plus
• Basic API knowledge and logical workflow design skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and a self-learning attitude
