Armed Security Officer
Location: Scott, LA, USA
Salary: $22.00/hour
Position Type: Part‑time
Security Solutions of America (SSA) is one of the fastest growing security guard and patrol companies in the U.S. We are looking for armed professionals to join our team in the Scott area. Training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Guard and patrol the assigned location (Lake Charles – Waffle House).
- Perform all duties required for the position, including monitoring, reporting, and ensuring safety.
- Adhere to all security protocols and company policies during scheduled shifts.
Schedule
- Friday and Saturday, 9 pm – 5 am.
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age for armed positions.
- Firearm with a 4‑inch barrel per Louisiana standards.
- Own weapon, LSBSPE training, guard card, gun permit, and Armed LSBPSE license.
- Open availability for the specified shift times.
- Minimum 1 year of related experience (military or law‑enforcement preferred but not required).
- Must be neat in appearance and grooming.
- Must pass a drug screening, background investigation, and have reliable transportation and phone.
Certifications

- Armed LSBPSE License
