We’re looking for a Restoration Technician to join our Lafayette, LA team!

• Starting pay is $16-$18 per hour depending on experience

Guarantee Restoration Services (GRS) is an established and growing company that is known for restoring homes and businesses that were damaged from traumatic events such as a hurricane, fire, water leak, mold, etc. Our dedicated team of professionals works hard to be available 24/7 and believes in serving our community members by providing property relief during a time when they need it most.

• Assist project manager on various construction projects
• Assess property damage and create cleaning plan
• General labor duties such as gutting, cleaning, and packing
• Participate in demolition and reconstruction process
• Maintain safe job-site
• Prepare various types of equipment for upcoming jobs
• Pre and post construction clean-up

• Relationship building/maintenance skills
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Personable with good communication skills
• Hard working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs
• Strong desire to learn and excel
• Must have and maintain a valid drivers license as driving for business is required up to 20+% of time
• Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free
