In this role, you'll be responsible for the on‑site operations and performance of an apartment community within the Affordable Housing Program. Competitive compensation paid weekly, with a generous amount of paid time off provided.

• Direct property operations and manage staff efficiently and cost‑effectively.
• Develop and oversee the annual budget while maintaining occupancy levels.
• Hire, manage, motivate, and develop staff, addressing any employee relations issues.
• Handle new applications, re‑certifications, and compliance procedures.
• Oversee rent collection, delinquent rents, evictions, and provide account information to the Regional Supervisor.
• Manage marketing, leasing activities, and maintain targeted occupancy rates.
• Supervise maintenance staff, repairs, preventive maintenance, and landscaping activities.
• Show apartments to prospective residents and ensure resident relations are upheld according to community rules.

• High school diploma or GED required; CAM, ARM, or similar certifications recommended.
• At least 1 year of property management experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and property management software.
• Strong language, math, and reasoning skills.
• Ability to handle physical demands as outlined in the job description.

• Annual attendance at fair housing, Section 42, and leasing classes.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

• Rarely must stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend or lift up to 25 pounds.
• Occasionally must sit and reach with hands/arms and be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
• Regularly must use hands to finger/handle/feel, talk and hear.
• Close and distance vision are required.

Normally works in an environment with moderate noise.
