Kalani Day Spa is offering an exciting opportunity to join our amazing team of professionals. We provide great pay, performance incentives, and retail bonuses. We are seeking Licensed Estheticians and Lash Artists who are detail-oriented, friendly, and motivated to grow their career in a supportive environment.
Training sessions will be offered throughout employment to support ongoing growth and success, and we ask all of our team members to be willing to learn new techniques. We are looking for positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable team members who will maintain a professional appearance at all times, will excel in a fun, fast-paced environment, and be part of a successful team.
Job Type: Part-time
Requirements:
- MUST hold a current California Esthetician or Cosmetology License
- Minimum 2 years of esthetics and/or lash experience (preferred)
- Established clientele (preferred, but not required)
- Motivated to build and retain clientele quickly
- Retail sales and rebooking experience required
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication skills and well-groomed professional appearance
- Willingness to learn and adopt new techniques and services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

Preferred Experience: Skin Care, Facial Treatments, Body Waxing, and/or Lash Artistry: 2 years
License/Certification: Current California State Board Certification (Required)
