Reporting to the Operations Manager - Housekeeping, the Housekeeping Attendant delivers exceptional service to 1440 guests and keeps guest rooms clean, tidy and well stocked according to Campus standards.

• Clean guest rooms, restrooms and other areas as assigned according to standards.
• Stock all areas and ensure areas are organized and tidy according to standards, including but not limited to:
  Housekeeping Closets and Housekeeping Carts; keep inventory documentation up to date.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of back-of-house supply rooms and closets according to standards.
• Deliver cleanliness levels to a minimum specified inspection score.
• Politely and warmly respond to guests and alert Sr. Operations Manager of any and all guest concerns.
• Attend and participate in training and staff meetings.
• Be professional in actions and appearance and provide a welcoming presence.
• Must be able to learn and follow policies and procedures including safety and emergency procedures.
• Be able to work independently, but as a part of a team, focused on creating a wonderful guest experience.
• Assist in other areas and help with other projects and tasks as assigned.
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, warm demeanor
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to be active throughout most of shift and to perform the physical duties of the position such as lifting, bending, etc.
• An ability to collaborate with others to find solutions
• A commitment to a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays
• Experience in a customer focused environment a plus
• Ability to be highly reliable and take ownership for all housekeeping support needed
• Ability to be physically active for duration of shift, repeatedly lifting, bending, and moving heavy objects (chairs and tables) in excess of 50 lbs. as needed
• Excellent customer service skills and a desire to build great relationships and impressions to guests
